PAYMENT & REFUNDS
• Payment must be made upfront via PayPal in USD only.• You may request a full refund within 72 hours of your initial payment. After this period, full refunds will no longer be available.• Refunds apply only to the commission price and will not include PayPal transaction fees.• I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission if requests become unreasonable (e.g., excessive revisions or rushed deadlines).• Should I determine it necessary to cancel a commission after work is underway, you will be entitled to a refund of 60% of the initial payment.

Make sure to provide me reference images in your email or direct messages and be as detailed as possible .Commissions will NOT be accepted if reference images are attached as compressed files or via unverified URLS.Please attach your reference as separate image files or through URLS from verified domains e.g x.com, instagram.com, pinterest.com.I reserve the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.I will draw: Fan-arts / OC / Game & Anime character / Soft NSFW & gore.I will NOT draw: Furry / Pornographic content / Mecha / comic pages / Realistic depictions of real people / Offensive themes.

I reserve the right to post commissioned work to my social media accounts including but not limited to Twitter/X, Instagram, Pixiv, Youtube, etc.I reserve full rights to the artwork, its distribution, and use. Under no circumstances can my artwork be used commercially by anyone other than myself unless it is EXPLICITLY stated and agreed upon before starting the commissioned work.If you wish to use the artwork commercially, please discuss it with me before I start working on the commission.My artwork will NOT be implemented into blockchain technology such as NFTs and/or used as a training model in AI.
